Meredith McAlister
Meredith McAlister is a multi-sport Coach and Athlete with NCAA Division 1, NFCA MPSSAA High School, and ASA Gold level experience both playing and coaching. She has excelled in both her professional athletic and amateur playing careers. Coach Mere believes that individual and team growth are imperative as the backbone of any team and coaching philosophy. As a Coach, she strives to adopt the concepts she teaches and strives for personal growth as a coach on a daily basis.
